Mr. Pecchia’s legal practice is limited exclusively to Immigration and Naturalization Law.  The practice of Immigration and Naturalization Law is Federal, not state.  The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services require an attorney to be a member in good standing of a state bar (or U.S. possession, territory, Commonwealth or D.C.) to practice before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. USCIS Attorney Requirements  Mr. Pecchia is licensed in and a member in good standing of the state bars and Supreme Judicial Courts of Massachusetts and Florida. He is not a member of the California bar. Mr. Pecchia is authorized to practice before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and other U.S. Governmental Agencies and Courts.  He is a member of the bar of multiple U.S. Federal Courts.
