In certain instances, Mr. Pecchia will use other executive offices in other locations to meet his clients.
If I am located in a state other than where you are located, will you still help me?
Yes. Since immigration law is federal law, Mr. Pecchia will take cases from clients throughout the United States and around the world.
What are your office hours?
Usually Monday through Friday from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. However, evening and Saturday appointments may be scheduled in certain situations.
Does my legal fee include costs such as filing fees, copying, long distance telephone charges, and courier?
Typically, the legal fee is a flat fee. It includes all usual costs, not filing fees, mail or courier or special delivery or telephone costs to foreign countries. Filing fees are separate and paid directly to USCIS by the client.
If I retain your services if I am in another state or country how do I provide information and documents you may require in preparing my case?
Email, fax, U.S. Postal Service, private courier (Fed X, UPS, etc.), or as may be appropriate.
Does a paralegal handle my case or an attorney?
Mr. Pecchia handles cases himself. He may be assisted in some situations by a paralegal or an associate under his direct supervision.
Do you provide a free consultation?
Yes, Mr. Pecchia provides a free telephone or office consultation, provided, that, the individual(s) requesting the consultation fill out the requested information on the appropriate forms and are seeking to retain an attorney to represent them.
For those individuals not seeking to retain an attorney, they should contact USCIS or other charitable or not-for-profit organizations which will answer general questions.
